As soon as you know that you will not be able to keep your appointment, please let me know. If this happens, with enough time I may be able to schedule someone else, and then it is win-win-win.

I understand sometimes life happens and we just don’t know when that curve ball is going to lay us out. There will be times when I, myself, will have a sudden illness or family situation that requires the cancellation of appointments. I want this policy to be fair and equitable. I would like everyone to think of their appointments with me as equal to any other commitments that they put on their busy schedules. I appreciate your understanding.
